Our hope is that you love your new item(s), but we understand sometimes it doesn’t work out! We are happy to accept your returns for EXCHANGE or STORE CREDIT for items that have been unworn, unwashed, unaltered and are free of stains and damage. Must be returned within our 10 day exchange policy.
We hope you can understand that MASONgrey is a small business and we do not offer refunds. This policy was also created for our customers. These products are intimate items, therefore, your merchandise must be sent within 10 days of delivery in order for us to honor your request for exchange or store credit.
Returns sent to our facilities without MASONgrey's prior approval will not be fulfilled and will be donated to a charity on your behalf.
To exchange or receive store credit, please email info@masongreyla.com with your order number as your subject.
You are responsible for the return shipping fee.
We only offer one exchange per item. Meaning, once you receive your new merchandise, it is yours to keep forever. If there is a price difference in your exchange, you will receive the balance in store credit.
Merchandise must have all tags attached and be in its original packaging.
All exchanges will process in approximately 1 week.
Final sale items include: accessories, gift boxes, custom made pieces, sale items and any merchandise that has been purchased using discount code. These items are not eligible for exchange or store credit.
Holiday return policy: All orders placed between November 20th and December 25th will have until January 10th to exchange items or receive store credit. No exceptions.
MASONgrey is not responsible for lost of stolen packages, or any packages that are held in customs.
IF we made a mistake on your order (we're human, it happens), we will happily refund the original form of payment.
