RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY:
- Our hope is that you love your new item(s), but we understand sometimes it doesn’t work out! We are happy to accept your returns and exchanges for items that have been unworn, unwashed, unaltered and are free of stains and damage (including smell).
- All return requests must be initialized within 10 days of delivery.
- Merchandise must be sent back to MASONgrey within 7 days of initiating the return or exchange in order for us to honor your refund request, exchange, or store credit.
- All refunds will require a 8% stocking fee.
- Returns sent to our facilities without MASONgrey's prior approval will not be fulfilled and will be donated to a charity on your behalf.
- Shipping fees on all returns are nonrefundable. All customers must follow our return instructions accordingly.
- Merchandise must be returned in its original packaging and in its original condition. All tags must be attached. Exchanges will be sent out only when we receive your initial exchange item first.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.
- All returns and exchanges will process in approximately 1 week.
- MASONgrey does not provide return shipping labels for international returns. You will need to purchase a shipping label from your local post office. International orders are not eligible for an exchange, but can return for a refund or store credit. If you’re an international customer looking to make a return please contact our support team at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Final sale items include: accessories, gift boxes, custom made pieces, sale items and any merchandise that has been purchased using a discount code. These items are not eligible for return, exchange or store credit.
Holiday return policy: All orders placed between November 1st and December 25th will have until January 15th to return, exchange or receive store credit. No exceptions.
